You’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After that? The window closes faster than a Supreme drop.
2. WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Most items in their original condition (unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached) can be returned. This includes:
- Deadstock sneakers (must pass authentication check)
- Unworn clothing with tags
- Accessories in original packaging
NO RETURNS ON THESE HYPE ITEMS:
- Balenciaga Sock Sneakers (due to hygiene reasons)
- Balenciaga Slides (worn condition cannot be verified)
- Belts (final sale due to sizing adjustments)
- Any item marked as “Final Sale”
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
