RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The Return Window

You’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After that? The window closes faster than a Supreme drop.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on most items in their original condition (unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached), including:

  • Deadstock sneakers (must pass our authentication check)
  • Unworn clothing with tags attached
  • Accessories in original packaging

NO RETURNS ON THESE HYPE ITEMS:

  • Balenciaga Sock Sneakers (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Balenciaga Slides (worn condition cannot be verified)
  • Belts (final sale due to sizing adjustments)
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

How To Initiate a Return

Follow these steps for a hassle-free return:

  2. Pack it up securely in the original packaging (double-box those grails!)
  3. Ship it back to our authentication center (we’ll provide the address)

Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was our mistake. We recommend using a trackable service—lost packages are as disappointing as taking an L on release day.

Exchanges
